Robert Hodgin visualizes Radiohead’s “Weird Fishes: Arpeggi”
group 94 from belgium finally launches their new website and is also FWA Site of the Day enjoy!
Wow. So I’m watching CNN’s Election 2008 coverage tonight on Anderson Cooper 360 and out of no-where, Anderson Cooper and Jeffrey Toobin walk up to one of the signature super-large CNN displays with a detailed graphic of the Democratic candidates and begin moving little blue icons all over the screen with their fingers. Totally slick (eat that Fox!). Amazingly, CNN has licensed Jeff Han’s Multi-touch technology for their new interactive displays that are being debuted throughout the network’s political coverage of the caucuses and primaries. It’s nice to see the technology being used in a real-world scenario that will have millions of eyeballs watching the magic happen. It gives me hope for being able to buy a Multi-touch Mac in the near future . . .
illustrator, designer, and musician Alberto Forero has an unbelievable collection of historical art, photography, and design imagery on his flickr page. the russian poster set is my fav. below are a few of my favorite images from that set (amazing what people could do before Photoshop!) thanks to jason kottke for the link.

watch the band’s film created for NYE 2007 promoting the album (more videos for the album can be found on the band’s YouTube page).
Totally killer 4 minute title sequence for The Kingdom produced by motion design shop PIC in LA. Impressive graphics and animation with a nice political touch. I heard the movie was mediocre (especially since it derives itself from 2005’s Syriana which was fantastic, eye-opening, and original) but I haven’t seen it so I can only vouch for this opener.
yup. the boys over at CP+B have been busy busy lately. check out their highly anticipated debut spot for Nike + below as well as their latest for Burger King: the hilarious Whopper Freakout.
Brilliant campaign from JWT Spain with Martin Scorsese, a lost Hitchcock script, and a mysterious briefcase. Check the site out here.
